All sales are final — with one big exception.

We aren't able to accept returns or offer refunds on yarn that's been shipped out. Once it's on its way to you, it's yours to create with.

Damaged or wrong item?

That part's on us. If your order arrives damaged, or you received something other than what you ordered, email hope@cottagecoreyarns.com within 7 days with a quick photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or refund the affected items — whichever you'd prefer.

Questions before you order?

If you're ever unsure about a color, weight, or how much yarn you'll need for a project, please reach out before checking out. We'd much rather help you pick the right yarn the first time than have you end up with something that isn't quite right.
